I'm a UX designer and researcher, who blends healthcare insight with creative problem-solving.
From pharmacy . . .
I used to be a pharmacy student at UC San Francisco, where I provided care to patients and helped optimize their treatment plans with other healthcare providers. This experience shaped my ability to be an empathetic listener and inspires the way I think critically about how technology can influence so many aspects of our lives.
To social media marketing and event coordination . . .
During my career transition, I worked at Yelp as their Community Intern, where I created social media marketing content and planned large-scale events to promote local businesses. Being at Yelp sharped my creative eye as I solved unique challenges to increase our user engagement, while also working directly with business owners to create memorable events for the community.
To a Human Centered Design and Engineering master's student!
Now I'm a second-year master's student at the University of Washington studying Human Centered Design and Engineering! My experiences have led to my passion for blending empathy and analytical thinking to create meaningful experiences and designs that will help improve people's lives.
But outside of work . . .
I love taking photos of the beautiful Seattle scenery, throwing new bowls and plates on the pottery wheel, and trying out the latest cafes and food spots in town. If you ever want to chat about anything, feel free to connect with me! :)
